Privacy Policy — PT Sam

This privacy policy describes how PT Sam ("the app", "we") handles your data. The app is developed by Soft Kingdom.

We respect your privacy. The app is designed to work without collecting personal data on our servers — your workout history, custom presets, and settings stay on your device.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Data Stored on Your Device Only

The following data is stored locally in your device's storage (UserDefaults). We do not transmit this data to our servers:

• App settings (language, theme, sound preferences)
• Custom workout presets you create
• Workout history (date, preset name, total reps)
• Pro membership status (set after a successful in-app purchase)

This data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

1.2 Data Collected by Third Parties

Google AdMob (advertising)

When you see an ad in the free version, Google AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA, if you grant tracking permission)
• IP address, device type, OS version
• Generic interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can opt out of personalized ads by denying the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → PT Sam.

Pro users do not see ads, so AdMob does not run for them.

Consent in the EU, EEA, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app presents a Google-certified consent message — through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) — the first time it launches, before any ads load. There you can accept or decline personalized advertising and choose which advertising partners may process your data.

• If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (contextual only, based on general information rather than your advertising identifier).
• You can review or change your consent at any time in the app: Settings → Ad Privacy Settings. (This option appears only in regions where consent is required.)
• Consent is managed by Google's UMP and stored on your device; we do not process or store your consent choices ourselves.

Apple StoreKit (in-app purchase)

When you purchase PT Sam Pro:

• Apple handles the transaction and payment processing
• We only receive a verified receipt indicating purchase status
• We do not see your name, email, payment method, or any personal billing data

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Require account registration or sign-in
• Use analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Send your workout data to any server
• Access your contacts, photos, calendar, location, microphone, or camera
• Send push notifications
• Share data with any party besides AdMob (above) and Apple

3. Permissions Requested

You may deny tracking permission with no impact on app functionality. You will still see ads (free version), but they may be less relevant.

4. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

5. Data Retention

• On-device data: Stays until you delete the app or clear app data.
• AdMob data: Governed by Google's retention policy.
• Apple StoreKit data: Governed by Apple's retention policy.

6. Your Rights

Because we don't store your data on our servers, there is no account to delete and no data export to request. To remove all locally stored data:

1. Delete the app from your device
2. (Optional) Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings

For data held by AdMob or Apple, please contact those services directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated through an app update notice.

본 개인정보 처리방침은 PT Sam("앱", "당사")이 사용자 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다. 본 앱은 Soft Kingdom이 개발합니다.

당사는 사용자의 개인정보를 존중합니다. 본 앱은 당사 서버에 개인정보를 수집하지 않도록 설계되었습니다. 운동 기록, 커스텀 프리셋, 설정은 모두 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.

1. 수집하는 데이터

1.1 기기에만 저장되는 데이터

다음 데이터는 사용자 기기의 로컬 저장소(UserDefaults)에만 저장됩니다. 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다:

• 앱 설정 (언어, 테마, 사운드 설정)
• 사용자가 만든 커스텀 운동 프리셋

무료 버전에서 광고가 표시될 때 Google AdMob이 다음을 수집할 수 있습니다:

• 일반 상호작용 데이터 (노출, 클릭)

앱 추적 권한 요청을 거부하거나 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → PT Sam에서 옵트아웃할 수 있습니다.

Pro 사용자에게는 광고가 표시되지 않으므로 AdMob이 실행되지 않습니다.

EU·EEA·영국·스위스 지역 동의 (GDPR)

유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스에 계신 경우, 앱은 최초 실행 시 광고가 로드되기 전에 Google 인증 동의 메시지(Google User Messaging Platform, UMP)를 표시합니다. 여기서 맞춤형 광고를 수락 또는 거부하고, 어떤 광고 파트너가 데이터를 처리할 수 있는지 선택할 수 있습니다.

• 거부해도 광고는 계속 표시되지만, 맞춤형이 아닌 문맥 기반 광고(광고 식별자가 아닌 일반 정보 기반)만 제공됩니다.
• 이 선택은 앱 내 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 확인·변경할 수 있습니다. (이 메뉴는 동의가 필요한 지역에서만 표시됩니다.)
• 동의는 Google UMP가 관리하며 사용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 당사는 동의 내역을 직접 처리하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

Apple StoreKit (인앱결제)

PT Sam Pro 구매 시:

• Apple이 결제 처리를 담당합니다
• 당사는 구매 상태를 나타내는 영수증만 받습니다
• 사용자의 이름, 이메일, 결제 수단, 결제 정보는 보지 못합니다

2. 수집하지 않는 데이터

당사는 다음을 수행하지 않습니다:

• 계정 등록/로그인 요구
• 분석 SDK 사용 (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel 등)

• 연락처, 사진, 캘린더, 위치, 마이크, 카메라 접근
• 푸시 알림 전송

3. 요청하는 권한

추적 권한을 거부해도 앱 기능에 영향이 없습니다. 무료 버전에서 광고는 계속 표시되지만 관련성이 낮아질 수 있습니다.

4. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 보존

• 기기 내 데이터: 앱 삭제 또는 데이터 삭제 시까지
• AdMob 데이터: Google의 보존 정책
• Apple StoreKit 데이터: Apple의 보존 정책

6. 사용자 권리

당사가 서버에 데이터를 저장하지 않으므로 삭제할 계정이나 내보낼 데이터가 없습니다. 로컬 저장 데이터 전체 삭제:

2. (선택) iOS 설정에서 광고 식별자 재설정

7. 정책 변경
